You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email with your tracking number and link. If you were logged in to your account upon placing your order, you might also login to your account to check the status of your order at any time. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local post office, or checking with your neighbors to see if the package was left there accidentally. Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. It is the responsibility of the carrier at this point in the shipping process.
